Yes! Posting requirements, receiving bids, and using the platform is completely free for customers. There are no hidden charges. Only solar companies pay subscription fees to participate in bidding.
For Customers
Simply register as a customer (it's free), then navigate to your dashboard and click "Create Project". Fill in details about your location, energy consumption, roof type, and any specific requirements. Once submitted, your project becomes visible to verified installers in your area.
Most customers receive initial technical proposals within 48 hours of posting a requirement. Financial quotes typically follow within 2-3 business days after you approve a technical bid. Response times may vary based on your location and project complexity.
All companies undergo a rigorous verification process:
- GST number validation
- PAN verification
- Business documentation review
- Service area confirmation
- Manual review by our admin team
After you award the project to a company:
- The company receives your contact details
- They will reach out to schedule a site visit
- Final pricing and terms are confirmed
- Installation is scheduled and completed
Yes, you can edit your requirement before companies submit technical bids. Once technical bidding has started, you can close the project without selecting a company, but you cannot edit the requirements.
For Solar Companies
- Click "Register" and select "Company"
- Fill in your company details
- Submit KYC documents (GST, PAN, business registration)
- Wait for admin verification (24-48 hours)
- Once approved, choose a subscription plan
- Start bidding on projects in your service area
The following documents are required:
- GST Registration Certificate
- Company PAN Card
- Business Registration/Incorporation Certificate
We offer two subscription plans:
- Prime (₹2,999/month): 10 bids per day, email notifications, standard support
- Prime Plus (₹7,999/month): 50 bids per day, priority notifications, priority support, featured badge
Your daily bid limit depends on your subscription plan. Limits reset at midnight each day. Unused bids don't carry over to the next day. If you need more bids, you can upgrade to Prime Plus for a higher limit.
No, you can only bid on projects within your registered service areas. This ensures customers receive bids from local companies who can provide timely service. You can update your service areas from your company dashboard.
Payment & Billing
We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Net Banking
- Wallets
Yes, you can change your plan anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your company dashboard under "Subscription" settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
